Project background
We managed and delivered the content development for this project from first drafts.
Our client was working with the Polish Ministry of National Education to produce Grade 8 ELT resources for the Polish schools market. Alongside new material written for the series, the client wanted to adapt content from previously published resources for the Italian market to fit the new local context. We managed and delivered the content development for this project from first drafts to handover to Design.
Our approach
The resources consisted of a student book and a practice book. We carried out the manuscript reviews and all editorial stages, as well as working with a Polish translator and an exam specialist to ensure the content met the relevant formal requirements.
Throughout the project, we worked with the author, our client’s ELT team, Polish exam specialists, a translator and designers.
We also checked audio components and briefed photos and artwork before handing over to our client’s Design team. Throughout the project, we worked with the author, our client’s ELT team, Polish exam specialists, a translator and designers to produce accurate and culturally authentic materials.
What we delivered
We delivered a marked-up manuscript, including artwork briefs and style sheets, ready for our client’s Design department. The resources were approved for use in Polish schools by the Polish Ministry of National Education.
